Panama City beach is changing at a very fast pace. If you haven't been here in a couple of years you're going to be amazed at all the new construction going on. Miracle Strip Amusement Park, (been here for over 40 years) has been sold to a condo developer and is closed. Shipwreck Island Water Park is open for business. Many of the small motels on front beach road are no longer there, new 20 story condos have taken their place.
